Kimberley is a multi-passionate, compassionate, ambitious, wild, and grounded soul. She empowers and educates her community on the incredible power of our mindset, and the physical human body as a Nurse and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. Kimberley has created an Integrative Health pursuit titled EMBARK – in which she guides, inspires, and leads others to journey through the internal venture of both acknowledging and healing the spirit & body, and living a soul-lead life. Kimberley is an ever-evolving woman through ongoing deep internal exploration and commitment to living a free and healthy life.

Kimberley obtained her Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia and thrives fully leading Intuitive Meditations and vinyasa Flow Yoga – pairing movement with breath.
