My name is Alecia. I am the owner/operator of Intentions Yoga. I am a mother, daughter, sister, child of the earth, most likely from the stars. I have aligned with my soul path of healing myself and others through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, an ancient body technology that raises the vibration of human consciousness. Born and raised in Saskatoon, I continue to reside in the heart of the city, in a beautiful home with my teenage son and 3 cats.
