Privacy Policy

Integrative Women's Wellness is run by Dawne Ilnisky, RN, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information I collect through intrinsiclotus.ca, why I collect it, and how I protect it. I follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What I collect

• When you request a free download (such as the Menopause Symptom Tracker & Journal): your first name, your email address and your consent choice.
• When you book a session: your name, email, phone number, the date and time you choose, and any notes you add to your booking. Payments are processed by Stripe; I don't see or store your full card number.
• When you email or message me: whatever you choose to share.
• Basic technical information that websites receive automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

Please don't share detailed health information through website forms. If something is important for your session, we can talk about it in person.

Why I collect it

• To send you what you asked for, such as your free tracker.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about your sessions, and to take payment.
• To reply to your questions.
• If you agree, to send occasional emails with wellness tips and session news.

I only use your information for these purposes. I never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who helps me store and process it

I use HighLevel (also called LeadConnector), a customer relationship and booking platform, to store contact and booking details and to send emails. Booking payments go through Stripe. The website is hosted by Netlify. These companies act on my behalf and may store information on servers in the United States or other countries, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries. I choose providers that use reasonable security safeguards.

Email consent and unsubscribing

I only send marketing emails if you've given consent, for example by ticking the consent box on a download form. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also reply to any email or write to me and I'll remove you. Unsubscribing from marketing emails won't cancel a booked session; you'll still get messages about appointments you've made.

How long I keep it

• Email contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information. After you unsubscribe, I keep a minimal record so I don't email you again.
• Booking and payment records: as long as needed for my business and tax records, generally up to seven years, then deleted.

How I protect it

Access to your information is limited to me and the service providers named above. Accounts are password protected, and the website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection.

Your right to access and correct your information

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it (unless I need to keep it for legal or tax reasons). Email me and I'll respond within 30 days. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you have a concern I haven't resolved, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Cookies

The booking calendar and forms on this site are provided by HighLevel and may use cookies to work properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
